With years of experience in residential real estate, Alicia has built a reputation for exceptional client service, innovative marketing, and a systems-driven approach to business. Prior to launching the Franck Realty Team, she served in executive leadership at one of Southern Illinois' largest real estate companies, where she coached and mentored agents, developed growth initiatives, implemented technology and operational systems, and helped real estate professionals build sustainable, profitable businesses.

Before entering the real estate industry, Alicia served alongside the United States military in Communications and Distribution, where she developed strong leadership, organizational, and logistical skills that continue to influence her professional approach today. She also spent more than a decade in retail sales and management, gaining extensive experience in customer service, business operations, team leadership, and sales strategy.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree and believes that successful real estate professionals should understand not only homes, but also the economic forces that shape local markets. Her passion for market analysis, business development, technology implementation, and operational efficiency allows her to confidently guide both clients and fellow agents through an ever-changing real estate landscape.

Outside of real estate, Alicia's greatest joy is her family. As the proud mom of four energetic boys, life is filled with sports practices, school events, outdoor adventures, and everything that comes with raising a house full of boys. While her schedule is often packed, she wouldn't have it any other way. That same dedication, organization, and commitment she brings to her family is reflected in the way she serves her clients—always showing up, following through, and putting people first.
